Intuitive design is now the new standard: The FAMAC® rectangular trays as universal packaging.

With the new rectangular trays and the new round bucket as universal packaging, the competence sector FAMAC® of Pöppelmann GmbH & Co. KG sets new standards for the world of consumer-friendly packaging. The mature, design-patented product series is shown for the first time at the Düsseldorf Interpack from 12 to 18 May 2011 and is now also available as a sample.

The universal character of the new FAMAC® rectangular tray series excels by the high utility factor and user friendliness. Thanks to the intuitive design, the customer recognizes immediately where to open the packaging. It closes as easy as it opens. When closed, it is absolutely liquid-tight. FAMAC® developed the design on the basis of the findings of a market research study.

The new packaging series follows the consumer trend to prefer packages that reveal more of their contents at first glance. This wish is met by the highly transparent plastic of the FAMAC® rectangular tray. It is the ideal basis for partial decoration with In-Mould-Labelling (IML). The lid can likewise be decorated over the full surface. The rectangular tray may be fitted with a sleeve label. The advantages of the new FAMAC® rectangular tray are evident: The consumer immediately sees an inviting product and knows intuitively how to open the container.

The combination of intuitive design and individual product decoration by means of In-Mould-Labelling furthermore allows for universal application of the FAMAC® rectangular tray for a large variety of contents. A rectangular package increases the appeal of products from the sectors of dressed salads, ice cream, sweets, yoghurt, pet food, and many others.

Today, companies and consumers in more than 70 countries all over the world appreciate quality made by Pöppelmann, as well as the economic and user-friendly solutions in the field of Food And Medical And Cosmetics (FAMAC®). The articles are manufactured under production conditions of max. clean room class 7 pursuant to DIN EN ISO 14644.
